Job Summary The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including employee onboarding, induction, orientation, employee engagement, HR connects, leave and attendance management, employee relations, exit management, and vendor coordination.

The role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience, ensuring HR operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with organizational policies, and partnering with business stakeholders to support employee retention and workforce management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations,



and Employee Engagement.
- Experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, or IT Staffing organizations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operational processes.
- Experience working with HRMS systems, particularly Zoho People, is desirable.
