Job Summary The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who will own our IT infrastructure and lead the DevOps team. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure that information assets and technologies are adequately protected. You will be identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the enterprise to reduce information technology (IT) risks. You will respond to incidents, establish appropriate standards and controls, manage security technologies, and implement policies and procedures. You will also be leading the DevOps team to help automate the build, deploy and release management of our software.

Responsibilities

IT Infra management

- Defining, scoping, creation execution of IT data security standards and strategies and measure adherence.
- Firewall settings, WAF, security settings across tech stack, hardening and patching compliances and other Information Security Activities
- Best Practices implementation for User Access Review for all application
- Preparing, reviewing, updating, evidence management of all IT security related policies and procedures.
- Enhancing the reliability and security of the IT systems,



internal IT communication channels, projects, and underlying data.
- Accountable for vulnerability assessment and IT Security Audits. Closure of all the observations
- Ensure compliance with any related legislation, such as the Data Protection Act, ISO standards or relevant government regulations.
- Manage incidents related to information security.
- Best Practices in conducting the 3rd party vendor audit on Data and Information Security.
- IT Security Awareness Programs. Oversee staff training in all the latest security awareness skills, check associated protocols, methodologies and procedures are implemented.

DevOps management

- Lead a team of DevOps engineers and DBAs to help setup product builds, Continuous Integration setup, manage and monitor build delivery to all environments.
- Establish the process and be the process champion for the end-to-end Development-Operationalization process
- Create, manage own automation tools scripts, configuration management of platform technologies
- Monitor Continuous Integration build systems and proactively debug issues working with dev teams
- Plan the deployment in conjunction with change and knowledge management and configuration management




- Work closely with the development team to leverage the existing frameworks and tools to improve build system productivity.
- Operationalize monitoring and uptime of all environments

Requirements

Required skills qualifications

- Excellent experience with various automated deployment, configuration management and software build tools, Dockers, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub actions, Jenkins/Maven, Chef, Puppet etc.
- At least 3+ years of experience as DevOps manager and IT infrastructure leader and prior hands-on experience as DevOps engineer/lead
- 10+ years of experience in the field of security covering the key responsibilities listed above.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001 / SOC2
- Excellent experience on AWS infrastructure management and tools such as CloudFormation
- Must have robust prior hands-on DevOps experience.
- Deep understanding of version control systems, including branching and merging strategies
- Strong background in Linux/Unix server system administration
- Hands-on experience with GitHub required.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in related technical field

Good to have

- Certifications such as CISM / CISSP / CRISC
- Good understanding of current legislations and regulations, standards audit terminologies.
