Hands-on experience in end-to-end device lifecycle management, endpoint provisioning, OS and configuration management, application packaging, patching, vulnerability management, and device enrollment using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.

REQUIREMENT FOR DEVICE LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT ENGINEER:

Key Responsibilities

Device Lifecycle Management

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise devices, from provisioning to decommissioning.
- Configure, deploy, track, and maintain devices according to organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate device inventory, asset records, and tagging information.
- Ensure secure device retirement and decommissioning.

Device Provisioning & Enrollment

- Provision and enroll devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
- Configure device settings, profiles, and policies based on business requirements.
- Ensure devices comply with organizational security and configuration standards.
- Troubleshoot enrollment and provisioning issues.

OS & Configuration Management

- Manage operating system configurations, device policies, and endpoint settings.
- Perform OS imaging, re-imaging, and device configuration activities.
- Maintain standardized device builds and configurations.




- Ensure endpoint compliance with security and operational requirements.

Application Packaging & Deployment

- Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Manage application installation, updates, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot application deployment and compatibility issues.

Patch & Vulnerability Management

- Manage OS and application patching activities.
- Monitor patch compliance and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate security updates and endpoint remediation.
- Ensure devices meet organizational security requirements.

Asset Management & Documentation

- Maintain asset tagging, inventory records, and device lifecycle documentation.
- Track device allocation, status, and ownership.
- Support device audits, compliance checks, and decommissioning processes.
- Follow established IT service management procedures and operational standards.

Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with hands-on experience in device lifecycle or endpoint management.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and JAMF/Jamf Pro.
- Strong knowledge of device provisioning, enrollment, and configuration management.
- Experience in application packaging, deployment, and patch management.
- Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and endpoint security compliance.
- Experience with OS imaging, re-imaging, asset tagging, and device decommissioning.
- Valuable troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.





Good to Have
- Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) experience.
- Windows and macOS device management.
- Endpoint security and compliance policy management.
- Application deployment automation.
- IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments.
