Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.

- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and provide technical assistance for network-related problems.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in Desktop Support or related field.

- Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and basic networking concepts.

- Proficiency in installing/configuring desktops/laptops/printers/peripherals; troubleshooting common hardware/software issues.
