Qualification: BCA / http://B.Sc (IT) / Diploma / B.E. in IT / Computer

About the Role:

Looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer for onsite client support in Dombivli. Must have solid hands-on in hardware troubleshooting & LAN networking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onsite Desktop/Laptop installation, troubleshooting & maintenance
- Hardware diagnosis: Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Peripherals
- Windows OS, Drivers, Software installation & troubleshooting
- LAN, IP Configuration, Network ports & connectivity support
- Printer/Scanner configuration & preventive maintenance
- End-user support & SLA-based ticket resolution
- IT asset records & documentation

Must Have:





- 4+ yrs in Desktop Support (Resident Engineer exp. preferred)
- Strong in Hardware troubleshooting + Windows + LAN/Networking
- Good communication & independent working ability
- Practical onsite experience (Only remote support not suitable)

Location: Dombivli | Immediate Joiners Preferred
