Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware issues and resolving technical problems related to Microsoft Office 365, Azure Networking, Autopilot, Zscaler, and SLA.
- Install and configure operating systems (OS) on desktop devices as needed.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using various tools such as Azure Networking.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents by meeting SLAs.
