We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 desktop and end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, Microsoft Outlook, and other IT peripherals.

- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.

- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access-related requests.

- Log, track, and update incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.

- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams.

- Maintain IT asset records and follow established IT support procedures.





- Provide timely technical assistance and maintain effective communication with end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- BE / B.Tech / BCA qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Desktop Support or IT End-User Support.

- Good knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, and hardware/software installation.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and IT ticketing tools.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.

- Willingness to work from the office in Whitefield, Bangalore.

- Availability to attend a face-to-face interview is mandatory.

- Candidate Preference: Non-South Indian candidates only, as per the hiring requirement.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
