Operations

- Monitor daily plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of equipment and systems.

- Ensure maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency.

- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvement measures.

- Coordinate with production and project teams to achieve operational targets.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Maintenance

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.

- Troubleshoot issues related to conveyors, crushers, elevators, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and material handling equipment.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.

- Maintain maintenance records, history sheets, and equipment documentation.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians,



operators, and contractors.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and work procedures.

- Conduct training and skill development programs for the maintenance team.

Planning & Cost Control

- Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor maintenance costs.

- Ensure availability of critical spares and inventory control.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

- Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.

- Promote protected work practices and zero-accident culture.
