Job Title: Desktop Engineer

Experience Range: 1 to 2 years

Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)

Work Mode : 24/7 Support (Rotational Shift)

Degree: Any Graduate or 3-years Diploma holder In hand salary: 25,000 /- To 29,500/- In hand Per Month

Preferences Male Candidates must be from Gujarat or should be fluent in Gujarati.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and other business applications
- Handle user account management (Active Directory), password resets, and access permissions
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management
- Manage and support VPN, remote access, and basic networking issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and compliance

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Active Directory,



DNS, DHCP
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security tools
- Maintain and track IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, accessories)
- Perform asset tagging, auditing, and reporting
- Coordinate hardware allocation and stock management
- Experience in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Maintain proper documentation of issued/returned assets
- Set up and support video conferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Troubleshoot audio/video issues, camera, mic, and display problems
- Assist users in meeting setup, scheduling, and connectivity issues
- Ensure smooth functioning of conference room AV equipment
