Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to monitor and ensure the proper use of our company's internal digital platforms and project management systems with a background knowledge of INTERIORS OR ARCHITECTURE.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor team members to ensure timely and accurate updates on company platforms.
- Ensure project drawings, snag lists, and other required documents are uploaded and maintained regularly.
- Track pending updates, missing documents, and incomplete entries.
- Follow up with team members to ensure compliance with established workflows and procedures.
- Maintain records and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Help improve accountability and consistency in the use of company systems.

Requirements





- Experience in INTERIOR OR ARCHITECTURE project coordination.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
- Valuable communication skills and confidence in coordinating with multiple team members.
- Basic proficiency in digital platforms, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.

Ideal Candidate: Someone systematic, persistent, and comfortable ensuring that teams follow processes and maintain accurate project records. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
