Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CATIA Sheet Metal Tool Design Engineer with 1–6 years of experience in sheet metal tool design and development. The candidate must have hands-on experience with CATIA V5 software and a strong understanding of sheet metal design, tooling concepts, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop sheet metal tools, dies, and components using CATIA V5.
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed tooling designs.
- Work on sheet metal components, stamping, forming, bending, and tooling development.
- Perform design modifications based on customer requirements and engineering changes.
- Ensure designs meet manufacturing feasibility, quality, and dimensional requirements.




- Coordinate with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams.
- Review designs and resolve tooling-related issues during development.

Required Skills

- CATIA V5 software knowledge is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Tool Design.
- Knowledge of stamping dies, press tools, forming, and bending operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of GD&T; and manufacturing processes.
- Positive problem-solving and design skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in CATIA Sheet Metal Tool Design.
- Candidates must have practical working experience in CATIA V5.

Preferred Candidates: Engineers with experience in automotive sheet metal components, press tools, die design, or tooling development.
