Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience, solid communication skills, and knowledge of BIM to coordinate design activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate design activities with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare, review, and maintain architectural drawings and design documentation.
- Coordinate BIM models and ensure design consistency across disciplines.
- Identify design clashes and assist in resolving coordination issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Communicate design updates and follow up on pending tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- B.Arch degree is compulsory.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and design coordination.
- Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
