Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Design & Civil Engineer in the Bridge & Bearings Division, based in Bhopal. The role involves designing bridge bearings, expansion joints, and related civil structures, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and supporting structural analysis and design calculations. The engineer will collaborate with project teams on planning, estimation, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards,



and client requirements.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with production and installation teams, reviewing design changes, assisting in quality checks, and providing technical support during execution at project sites. The role also includes documentation of design reports, participation in design reviews, and continuous improvement of design methods and processes.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for structural and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on bridge, bearings, and heavy fabrication-related projects.
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian and international design codes and standards (e.g., IRC, IS codes).
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and client teams.
