We are looking for an experienced and skilled Design Engineer. The candidate should have solid knowledge of mechanical design, CAD/CAM, SolidWorks, and R&D; activities, with the ability to develop innovative designs, prepare technical drawings, and support product development and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for the Bobbin Holder Parts.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, assembly drawings, and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software and SolidWorks.
- Utilize CAD/CAM tools for product design, manufacturing support, and design optimization.
- Participate in Research and Development (R&D;) activities, including new product development and design improvements.
- Conduct design feasibility studies and ensure product designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, manufacturing, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of design activities.
- Review and modify existing designs based on production requirements and customer specifications.
- Maintain design documentation, engineering drawings, and revision records.
- Support prototype development, testing,



and validation of new and modified designs.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, and CAM software.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, engineering drawings, and GD&T.;
- Experience in R&D; activities, product development, and design optimization.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical components.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and prepare accurate design documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Experience in industrial product design or manufacturing is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in bobbin holder design or related mechanical components will be given preference.
