Job Purpose To support the Project Manager in coordinating site execution, monitoring progress, and managing resources for ballasted railway track construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily execution of railway track construction and P-Way activities.
- Supervise track linking, rail and sleeper placement, fastening, ballast distribution, alignment, levelling, tamping, and finishing as applicable.
- Monitor engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workmen against daily targets.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and work-front availability.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate inspections,



measurements, quality checks, and rectification activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports, resource plans, and material requirements.
- Escalate technical issues, delays, and resource constraints to the Project Manager.

Mandatory Experience Relevant railway P-Way execution experience, preferably in ballasted track construction.
