Deputy Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse, sortation, and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Lead teams and drive performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Plan manpower, shifts, and operational capacity based on business volumes.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational performance through data analysis.
- Identify operational gaps and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage stakeholders across internal teams, vendors, and business partners.
- Optimize processes and resources to improve efficiency and control operating costs.
- Monitor quality performance and implement measures to reduce errors and process deviations.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present operational MIS, dashboards, and performance reviews to management.
- Drive capacity planning and ensure readiness for peak volumes.
- Build a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management
