Role & responsibilities

1. Packing & Quality Control

- Supervise daily sorting, sealing, and packaging activities to meet company quality standards and client specifications.
- Ensure correct labeling, barcode scanning, SKU verification, and invoice matching prior to packing closure.
- Monitor packaging material inventory and raise replenishment requests proactively to avoid stockouts.

2. Dispatch & Logistics Planning

- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules aligned with customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Oversee vehicle loading, route optimization, and tracking to ensure secure and efficient transit.
- Resolve any transit delays, shipment shortages, or logistics bottlenecks promptly.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Verify and maintain outward documents including delivery challans, tax invoices, e-way bills, and transport receipts.
- Manage inventory records and stock reconciliation using SAP.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, material handling protocols, and 5S standards.

4. Team Leadership & Reporting

- Lead, train, and mentor packing floor operators, loaders,



dispatch assistants.
- Monitor daily staff productivity, allocate shifts, and manage attendance or performance metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports tracking dispatch volumes, pending orders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 8 to10 years of experience in packing, dispatch, within a manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities, and time-management skills
