Manage the CMO calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.Coordinate and follow up on key manufacturing, operational, and strategic initiatives with various departments.Prepare presentations, reports, MIS dashboards, meeting minutes, and confidential business correspondence.Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and action closure.Maintain confidential records, documents, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.Support the Director in daily administrative activities while ensuring smooth office operations and effective time management.
