Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, qualified networks, referrals, and database searches.

- Perform reference checks and validate candidate credentials to ensure quality hiring.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions

- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates

- Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.

- Hands-on experience in Team Handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non IT Recruitment).

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
