We are looking for a

Deputy Manager for

Listing Compliance team for a stock exchange. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring adherence to all regulations and requirements set by stock exchanges and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and listing requirements, playing a key role in maintaining our integrity and transparency in the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure ongoing compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

- Regulatory Filings:

Prepare and submit all necessary filings, reports, and disclosures to stock exchanges (BSE, NSE) and SEBI within specified deadlines.

- Policy Implementation:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

- Advisory Role:

Provide expert advice and guidance to various departments on compliance-related matters,



including corporate actions, related party transactions, and insider trading.

- Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise effectively with stock exchanges, SEBI officials, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders like the Board of Directors and senior management.

- Documentation & Record-Keeping:

Maintain meticulous records of all compliance-related activities, filings, and correspondence for audit and review purposes.

- Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on the latest changes in listing regulations, corporate governance norms, and legal frameworks impacting listed entities.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education:

CA, CS, or MBA (Finance).

- Experience:

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a listed company, law firm, brokerage, or stock exchange.

- Knowledge Required:

In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, and other corporate laws.
