Qualification: Graduation, PGT, MBA

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in gold loan auditing and minimum 5 years' experience in gold loan industry.

Gold Assessment Certificate from Recognized Organization (MSME / Govt Institute) is a plus.

Functional and Behavioral Competencies

- Deep knowledge of gold testing methods and equipment.

- Ability to identify quality and purity of gold in any form by manual assessment.

- Calculation of gold valuation pledged by customers.

- Keen eye of observation.

- Strong team management skill.

- Ready for travel for 15-18 days in months.

- Valuable experience of Excel to carry out analysis and prepare report.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits of gold loan branches to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for physical verification of gold pledged for loans in the Branches as per checklist.

- Identify potential risks, discrepancies and fraudulent activities in the gold loan operations.





- Analyze gold loan processes and recommend enhancement for operational efficiency.

- Perform Gold Loan audit of the Branches to identify areas of risk, monitor adherence to laws, regulations, policies, procedures and set standards and reinforce internal control measures.

- Responsible for conducting Gold Loan audits in the Branches assigned to them

- Conducting audit in the assigned branches in the allotted days.
