Role & responsibilities

Work closely with the CFO in handling the FP&A; and compliance functions of three entities in the Group.

Will play an active role in:

- Accounting processes and Audits
- Compliance & Documentation for Corporate Laws, Taxation Laws and incentive planning for the company
- Banking & Treasury
- MIS, Reporting and Financial models
- Foreign Trade management
- Setting up all systems, SOPs in an industrial environment
- Direct, Indirect Tax and
- Setting up ERP system
