Job Objective:

To assure the manufacturing operation, and management that the Plant productivity & Quality Management System is in place and is capable of meeting Avaada Plant manufacturing Requirements Consistently.

:

- Perform the production Operations as per the following Avaada Policies and Procedures:

a. Responsibility: Overall responsibility for Line production Process and floor, SAP, Customer visit, Pre Sales & Post Sales documentation and reports. Facilitate the Technical training for plant manpower.

b. Enhancement in manufacturing team capabilities through training, recruitment & plant visit.

c. Contribute to drive development of continuous improvement approach, sustainable implementation of improvements of RPDM (Recognition-Primed Decision-Making) concept.

d. Contribute to drive organizational performance resulting in reliable production processes and sustainable product Quality.

e. Assure that all SOPs are implemented and in conformance to Company’s Quality Management system.

f. Assure management system effectiveness. Auditor observation closure.

g. Assure Safety systems compliance with legislation for Environment and Health.

- Operational Process: -

a. Equipment Resourcing: Supports discussion in Technology, Team members for planning, sourcing & procurement equipment as per product requirements.

b. Day’s Planning:

- Review the meeting points.
- Review A Day in life meeting points.

c. Plant Production Management System:

- Contribute to customer satisfaction by safeguarding customer requirements and verifying product quantity & quality, certification & testing, and proper documentations.
- Contribute to create a “Do it right the first time – every time” attitude throughout the organization.
- Assure strict compliance to Environment & Safety audits, Product audits, and ISO audits.
- Daily Performance Review, Improvement,



and Weekly Reporting a. Contribute to make timely and accurate decisions regarding customer product complaints, as well as internal and external non-conformities.

b. Contribute to identify company Critical competence for Quality and Safety.

c. Drive establishment and follow-up of sound Quality, productivity, and Safety KPIs.

d. Establish & implement system for process & product changes.

e. Prepare and Release consolidated weekly /Monthly Quality report.

Work Experience:

More than 25 years

Qualification & Certification Required:

- B-Tech/Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics
- Awareness of quality management system ISO 9000
- Subject specific technical knowledge

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

- Knowledge & ability of Manpower Management, Problem solving, Leadership, Good Communication & Technical skill.
- Knowledge of Module manufacturing process.
- Overall knowledge of solar manufacturing process.
- Interactive Skills, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, document Preparation, System Audit, MS Office Proficient – Word, Power Point, Excel, SAP etc.
- knowledge of raw material used in solar manufacturing.
- knowledge of measuring instruments & testing equipment used in Solar module manufacturing.
- Knowledge of sampling plan & its use.

KRA & KPI:

- Safety a. Near miss capturing, Unsafe act and unsafe condition identification & safety improvements.
- People a. Production Operators Certified within 7 days of joining.

b. Annual Development and productivity growth plan

- Quality System a. QMS/IMS Audit-No of major non-conformance observed.
- Product development & Certification a. New development (Product & New BOM introduction)
- Production yield a. Yield Improvement %
- Reduction in BOS a. Rejection %
- Team Building ( Adherence to SOP and Work Instruction)

a. No non-conformance in audit (External and internal) Through proper training and deployment plan
