Job Title: Department Store Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Department Operations

- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure shelves and displays are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation.

Customer Experience

- Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a qualified manner.
- Support customers in selecting gourmet food and specialty products.

Inventory & Quality Management

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team for replenishment.
- Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices are followed.
- Conduct regular expiry checks and quality inspections of products.

Sales & Performance

- Track department sales performance and work towards achieving targets.
- Suggest promotions,



product placements, and merchandising ideas to increase sales.
- Maintain department reports and operational records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Retail Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, food retail, or hospitality operations.
- Experience in team supervision or department handling will be an advantage.
