Bindra Dental Clinic and Implant Centre is looking for a smart, confident, and well-organised Dental Receptionist with Social Media Marketing Skills to manage front-desk operations and support the clinic’s digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in digital marketing and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients, manage appointments, and handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and basic billing.
- Coordinate with doctors and assist in smooth daily clinic operations.
- Manage the clinic’s social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Create and post engaging content, stories, reels, and treatment-related updates.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team and share content regularly.
- Respond professionally to social media messages and patient inquiries.
- Support online promotions, patient engagement, and clinic branding.

Requirements:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, reels, stories, and social media posting.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in reception, healthcare administration, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Friendly personality, professional attitude, and good organisational skills.
