Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of permanent staffing solutions for clients across various industries such as Automobile, FMCG, and Manufacturing.

- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, client management, and candidate placement.

- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored staff augmentation services.

- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (clients) and external stakeholders (candidates).

- Monitor project progress regularly to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in Delivery Management or related field (Recruitment Management).

- Proven track record of delivering successful permanent staffing projects in the manufacturing industry.

- Robust knowledge of non-IT recruitment processes including sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and salary negotiations.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving business objectives.
