Job Responsibilities

- Deliver bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, biscuits, and other bakery items to retail outlets, distributors, and customers.
- Drive commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Ensure timely delivery of products according to the daily delivery schedule.
- Load and unload bakery products carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain delivery challans, invoices, and other delivery documents.
- Check the quantity of products before delivery and obtain customer signatures as required.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular vehicle maintenance.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Report vehicle issues, delivery delays, and other problems to the concerned supervisor.




- Handle cash collection, if required, and submit the collection records to the accounts department.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driving licence suitable for the assigned commercial vehicle.
- Previous experience as a commercial driver, preferably in a bakery, FMCG, or food distribution company.
- Knowledge of local routes in Howrah and Kolkata.
- Ability to handle delivery documents and basic record-keeping.
- Punctual, responsible, and honest.
- Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading when required.

Experience Minimum 2–3 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
