We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver structured learning programs across full-stack technologies. The role involves training learners on end-to-end application development, including backend, frontend, databases, cloud, and modern engineering practice

- Testing Fundamentals
- SDLC, STLC, test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle
- Functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Automation Testing
- Automation frameworks and best practices
- UI automation using Playwright / Selenium
- Scripting with Java / JavaScript / Python (based on stack)
- API Testing
- REST API testing using tools like Postman / Rest Assured
- API validation, authentication, and automation
- Contract testing and service-level validations
- Performance & Advanced Testing (Positive to Have)
- Basics of performance testing (JMeter or similar tools)
- Test data management and environment setup
- DevOps & Tools
- Version control (Git), CI/CD integration (Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
- Test reporting, logging,



and debugging tools
- Modern Testing Practices
- Agile testing, shift-left approach
- Test automation in CI/CD pipelines
- BDD frameworks (Cucumber)

Responsibilities

- 8 years of Experience
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs across full-stack development technologies
- Design and update curriculum aligned to industry standards and internal training frameworks
- Conduct hands-on sessions, coding exercises, and real-world project-based learning
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments, assignments, and certifications
- Mentor trainees and provide technical guidance throughout the training lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business and project requirements
- Monitor and report training effectiveness, completion, and deployment readiness
