Key Responsibilities:

● Work on advanced data science to provide insights to different types of users

● Identify behavioral and attribute based clusters using clustering techniques

● Conduct predictive analysis to create various “what-if” scenarios to drive organizational planning and marketing strategy

● Develop & apply algorithms operating on data to solve real life business problems.

● Be the “go to” person for all statistical modelling/analysis in the organization

● Competent to manage a small team

Experience required

● Strong statistical / Machine Learning knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques

● Demonstrated capability to provide meaningful and actionable insights based on data analysis

● Robust communication skills

● Significant experience in predictive modelling (e.g.



Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Ada-Boost).

● Strong capability of running multivariate regression models using Python/R

● Ability to conduct cluster analysis on large datasets

● Good understanding and working experience with multiple data sources

● High level of comfort with receiving, loading, cleansing, enriching & enhancing transactional data sources

● Ability to proactively come up with solutions requiring minimal guidance

● Should be a strong team player & able to work on ambiguous environment with minimal

Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Statistics from Premier Institute
