We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our Store and Production departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily records, updating data in Excel, and ensuring accurate documentation of store inventory and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update daily store and production data in the system and Excel sheets.
- Maintain stock records, material receipts, issues, and inventory details.
- Update production reports, daily output records, and related documentation.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure records are updated on time.
- Coordinate with storekeepers, production staff, and other departments for data collection.
- Maintain files, registers,



and other departmental records.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities in the Store and Production departments.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain records and handle routine documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply.
- Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
