Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Lead Generation Executive to support our business development activities. The role involves accurate data management, online research, and identifying potential leads to support sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in CRM and databases
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients and prospects
- Generate and compile qualified leads from various platforms
- Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Maintain organized records of leads and contact details




- Support the sales/marketing team with lead lists and reports
- Track outreach status and update lead progress
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Internet research skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Valuable written communication skills
