Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized data entry operator to support the Sales & Marketing team in daily sales coordination, attendance monitoring, and order-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and check the daily punching/attendance of Sales Executives.
- Assist Sales Executives with their day-to-day activities and requirements.
- Create and coordinate primary orders accurately.
- Maintain and update sales-related records and reports.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience may apply.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and improve Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic organizational and data-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Good follow-up and coordination ability.
- Willing to learn recent processes and systems.
- Able to manage routine tasks accurately and on time.

Reports To: Sales coordinator

Joining Timeline The selected candidate is expected to join immediately

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
