We are looking Data Entry Operator for a Warehouse

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Documentation

- Enter GRN (Goods Receipt Note) details into the ERP/WMS system.
- Update inward and outward stock transactions on a daily basis.
- Maintain inventory records with high accuracy.
- Generate and file stock transfer, delivery, and dispatch documents.
- Record damaged, rejected, and returned material details.

Inventory Management Support
- Verify physical stock records against system entries.
- Assist in cycle counting and periodic stock audits.
- Update inventory discrepancies after approval from supervisors.
- Track inventory movement and maintain transaction records.

Reporting & Record Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain proper filing of inward, outward, and inventory documents.
- Ensure all records are updated and readily available for audits.
- Provide stock reports and transaction details as required by management.

Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors,



transporters, and dispatch teams.
- Support customer order processing by updating shipment information.
- Communicate discrepancies and data errors to the concerned team.

.Educational Qualification
- Any degree

Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or data entry.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/WMS software.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
