Job Purpose To maintain accurate and updated data related to garment orders, fabric transactions, inventory, production, purchase, sales, and other business operations by entering and verifying information in Excel, ERP, or company software.

Required Qualification

- 12th pass, any degree, or diploma.
- Computer knowledge and a basic understanding of office administration.
- Candidates with commerce or computer-related qualifications are preferred.

Experience Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or office administration.
- Experience in garments, textiles,



fabric trading, knitting, or dyeing is preferred.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Valuable typing speed with accuracy.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.
- Understanding of garment and fabric terminology is an advantage.
- Knowledge of stock entries, purchase entries, and invoice documentation.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
