Job Summary

Rudra Rugs is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to manage company records, maintain accurate data, and support daily operational and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to handle data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets and company software.

- Maintain records related to inventory, stock, orders, invoices, and dispatches.

- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies in records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, sales records, and other business transactions.

- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update relevant information.





- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.

- Ensure data confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Accurate typing and data entry skills.

- Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of inventory management, stock records, or ERP software will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or MIS.

- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.

- Salary: Up to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
