Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Data Entry Operator to support our Accounts and Finance department. The candidate will be responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining production, inventory, and other business data in digital systems. The role requires strong data entry skills, accuracy, and the ability to ensure that records are properly maintained and readily accessible.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Enter and update production, inventory, accounts, and other operational data into the relevant computer systems.
- Maintain and manage databases and ERP records to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Verify data entries, identify discrepancies, and correct errors in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper data backup, confidentiality,



and compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Stores, and other departments to collect, verify, and update information.
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Tally and ERP systems.
- Good computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage data systematically and meet deadlines.
- Integrity, punctuality, confidentiality, and adherence to company procedures.
- Willingness to learn new software and use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for work-related tasks, while verifying their outputs.
