We are looking for a Senior Manager – Data & Analytics to drive analytics solutioning and project delivery, translating business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions. The role involves client engagement, technical coordination, delivery management, and collaboration with sales and presales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage delivery of data analytics, data engineering, BI, and AI/ML projects.
- Understand client requirements and contribute to analytics solution design and architecture.
- Support effort estimation, resource planning, project execution, and delivery monitoring.
- Assist sales and presales teams with proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, project risks, and escalations.




- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and engagement growth.

Required Qualifications

- 13 – 15 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or technology consulting.
- Experience managing analytics projects and client engagements.
- Positive understanding of cloud data platforms, data engineering, data warehousing, BI, and AI/ML.
- Exposure to solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and delivery planning.
- Strong client-facing, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills..
