Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst to support business intelligence, reporting automation, campaign analytics, CRM transformation, customer-level tracking and performance management initiatives. The role will work closely with Operations, Business, Marketing, Product, Technology and Analytics teams to convert data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on exposure to SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel, with working knowledge of Python preferred. The person should be able to understand business problems, extract and validate data, build dashboards, automate recurring reports, and communicate insights in a easy business-consumable manner.

Experience Requirement

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence,



Reporting or Data Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI is essential.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, lending, CRM analytics or campaign analytics will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile Summary The role is best suited for a person who is not limited to routine MIS preparation, but can think analytically, question data quality, understand business context, and convert raw data into decisions. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, while also being hands-on enough to build dashboards, automate reports and prepare actionable business insights. Nice-to-Have Capabilities

- Experience with CRM data, lead management systems or Work Queue Management platforms.
- Power BI DAX and data modeling exposure.
- Google BigQuery or cloud data platform exposure.
- Ability to prepare concise business notes and presentation-ready insights.
- Exposure to GenAI or AI productivity tools for documentation, analysis and reporting support.
