Role & responsibilities

Sobha Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Construction PMO by driving data-driven decision-making through project analytics, performance reporting, and dashboard development. The role will be responsible for monitoring key project KPIs, generating actionable insights, and enhancing reporting efficiency across multiple construction projects.

- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
- Analyze project data related to schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
- Monitor project KPIs and highlight performance trends, risks, and variances.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with Project, Planning, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.




- Automate reporting processes and improve data integrity and governance.
- Support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making through analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
- Power BI Dashboard Development
- SQL and Data Management
- Data Visualization & Reporting
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP will be an added advantage
