Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess 1 to 3 years of qualified experience within the IT Services or healthcare administration sectors.

- Demonstrate proven proficiency in Medical Billing, Claims Processing, and Patient/Provider Support functions.

- Exhibit a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) principles and US Healthcare Customer Support protocols.

- Display exceptional verbal and written communication abilities alongside a proactive approach to customer query resolution.
