Role Overview :

At Bhanzu, we're on a mission to make math the most loved subject in the world. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can do more than create great visuals, someone who can set the creative standard, and drive results with visually impactful comms.



The role will primarily focus on CRM but you will have opportunities to be involved across Performance Marketing, Brand and other Marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

● Make welcome calls to new customers across DOM & ROW.

● Gather key information and share essential details clearly.

● Build quick rapport and set the tone for a outstanding experience.

● Document conversations accurately in CRM.

● Adapt to time zones, schedules, and dynamic workflows.

(Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)

● Outstanding communication—both spoken and written.

● Ability to connect with people across geographies and cultures.

● Flexibility to work across varied time zones when needed.

● Strong interpersonal skills and genuine customer empathy.

● Attention to detail + accuracy in documentation.

● Comfortable using CRM and communication tools (training provided).
