Salary: ₹16,000–₹17,000 per month
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: 1 rotational week off
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and respond to customer queries.
- Communicate effectively in any one of the required regional languages.
- Provide accurate information and maintain good customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and follow up when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates willing to work in Bangalore are preferred.
