We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for an International Voice & Chat Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to build a career in the international BPO industry.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1 year of experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good technical aptitude and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur office

Salary Structure
- Freshers: Up to 30,000 monthly package
- Experienced (1 Year): Up to 32,000 monthly package

The package includes CTC,



performance-linked incentives (PLI), and statutory bonus. PLI is applicable after training and is subject to attendance, login hours, quality, and customer satisfaction performance. Work Schedule & Advantages

- 5 days working with rotational week-offs
- 10-hour shift including breaks
- Cab facility for eligible night shifts only
- No leaves during the first 3 months, except weekly offs
