Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound voice-based customer interactions.
- Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, rebooking's, and refunds.
- Deliver timely and accurate resolutions.
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and process standards.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, SMEs, and support teams.
- Maintain customer data confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply. (No Freshers)
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Travel, Airline, or OTA experience.
- Robust communication and customer handling skills.
- SHL Score: B1 and above.
