We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, payment follow-ups, and order-related support for our US-based diamond jewellery business. Freshers with strong English communication skills and good knowledge of AI tools are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
- Regularly communicate with customers regarding pending payments and account updates.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, orders, and account concerns.
- Share photos and videos of new collections, updated stock, brochures, and catalogues.




- Guide customers on placing orders through our website and application.
- Use AI tools to improve customer communication and work efficiency.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications.
- Positive follow-up, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- IT educational background is an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working from the office during US night-shift hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
