Salary & Advantages

- In-hand Salary: ₹18,000–₹21,000 per month.
- CTC: Up to ₹26,000.
- Shift: Day rotational shifts.
- Week Off: 1 rotational off.
- Transport: Centralized pick-up and drop from Thane Station (ETPL).
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with their queries and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation mandatory.
- Communication: Versant Level 4 required.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
