We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join our team as Virtual Assistants / Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Manage administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records.
- Assist clients with their day-to-day business operations.
- Use business tools and software to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality while handling client information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English-speaking skills and the confidence to communicate with international clients.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and internet applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional approach to work.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work from our Coimbatore office and accommodate US business hours when required.

Experience Requirements:

- Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in customer support, international voice processes, virtual assistance, administration, sales support, or back-office operations will be an advantage.
