Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Chat / Voice Process : Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through chat or voice support.

Chat Process: Assist customers via live chat, resolve queries, and maintain professional written communication.

Voice Process: Handle inbound customer calls, understand concerns, and provide accurate solutions. Both chat and voice are separate processes with dedicated roles, not a blended process. Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards. Follow company policies, process guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, CSAT, and response time. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

Note: Candidates may apply for either the Chat Process or the Voice Process, depending on their profile and eligibility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
