Role Description The Customer Success Specialist is an Internship , on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves guiding investors through the FraX platform, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The specialist will monitor customer accounts, proactively address issues, and support users in understanding fractional real estate products and features.

Daily tasks include handling support tickets, managing phone and email interactions, gathering feedback, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve the customer journey. The role also includes documenting common issues, contributing to FAQs,



and helping maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Support and Communication skills for handling inquiries across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Experience in fintech, real estate, or investment products is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM or customer support tools and basic Excel or data management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
