Job Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive long-term customer retention. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner for customers, helping them achieve maximum value from our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding orders, feedback, and service experience.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively address potential concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Assist customers with product information, usage guidance, and order-related support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems.
- Support customer retention and contribute to achieving customer success metrics.
- Prepare periodic customer reports and service updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
